Terms and Conditions
ORDERS
Placing an Order:
- All item prices include VAT; shipping charges are additional and displayed during the order process.
- After processing your payment details, we will contact you via email to confirm your order items and payment method.
- If any items are out of stock, you will be promptly informed of the expected delivery date. You'll have the option to cancel your order if needed.
- For deliveries outside the UK, a tracking number will be provided after posting to help you track your parcel.
Right to Return:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 working days after receiving the item(s).
- Initiate the return by emailing sales@lolauk.com or calling ++44 (0)1285 643556 (10:00 am - 5 pm, Monday-Saturday). Please provide your order number, the item(s) for return, and the reason.
- Items should be repackaged in their original packaging for return to Lola.
DELIVERY
Delivery Times:
- UK orders are sent and typically delivered within 2-4 working days.
- European orders are usually delivered within 7 days (allow up to 7 days).
- Orders outside Europe are delivered within 14 working days (allow up to 7 days).
- Orders using the click and collect service can be picked up the next working day.
- All deliveries require a signature.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
- Any damage to packaging/items must be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. A signature without noting damage implies the receipt of the entire order in good condition.
- Report any damage to Lola immediately via email at sales@lolauk.com or by calling ++44 (0)1285 643556 (10:00 am - 5 pm, Monday-Saturday).
- Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are found to be faulty.
Failed Deliveries:
- If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to discuss further options.
FAULTY ITEMS
- Please report any damaged or faulty items (other than that noted at delivery) to Lola within 7 days by emailing sales@lolauk.com or calling ++44 (0)1285 643556 (10:00 am - 5 pm, Monday-Saturday).
- Check items upon arrival, and retain the original packaging for potential returns, as insufficient packaging may void liability.
- Items with guarantees will have the supplier contacted on your behalf.
