Postal Service
United Kingdom (includes Northern Ireland):
- Our aim is to deliver your order within 2-4 working days from the day you place it.
- A delivery cost of £3.99 for standard delivery and £5.99 for next day delivery is added to your order at checkout. However, for orders above £250, we offer free delivery.
Europe:
- Our aim is to deliver your order within 7 working days from the day you place it, though we recommend allowing up to 10 days.
- A delivery cost of £10 is added to your order at checkout. Just like in the UK, orders above £250 receive free delivery.
America and Canada:
- Our aim is to deliver your order within 14 working days from the day you place it, with a recommended allowance of up to 20 days.
- A delivery cost of £15 is added to your order at checkout. For orders exceeding £250, delivery is complimentary.
Important Note:
- Please ensure that you or someone you trust is available to sign for the parcel when it is delivered.
- If your order arrives damaged, please make a note of this.

At Lola UK, we offer a complimentary In-Store Collection service to enhance your shopping experience:
- When you choose this option at checkout, you won't incur any additional delivery charges.
- Upon collection, please bring your 'Order Confirmation' email, the card used for payment, and a form of identification (e.g., passport, credit card, or driving license).
