Terms and Conditions

ORDERS

 

Placing an Order:

 

All item prices include VAT; shipping charges are extra and are shown on the order.

 

Once your payment details have been processed, you will be contacted via email to confirm the order items and payment method. 

 

In the unfortunate situation where items are not in stock you will be immediately notified of the expected delivery date of your goods, where you then have the option to cancel your order. 

 

For deliveries to most counties outside the UK, once the parcel has been posted, you will be provided with a tracking number to enable you to track your parcel.

 

Right to Cancel

 

You have the right to cancel the order at any time before the expiry of a period of 7 working days after you receive the item(s).

 

You can initiate the cancelation by sending an email to sales@lolauk.com (or call ++44 (0)1285 643556 10.00am - 5pm Monday-Saturday) stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please supply a daytime telephone number so we can contact you if required.

 

You will be required to re-package any items in the original package for return to Lola.

 

DELIVERY

 

Delivery times:

 

Once the order confirmation has been received:

  • Orders within the UK are sent first class and will normally be delivering within 2 working days.
  • Orders within Europe will normally be delivering within 3 days – but please allow up to 7 days.
  • Orders outside Europe will be delivering within 5 working days – but please allow up to 7 days.
  • Orders placed using the click and collect service can be picked up the next working day.

On delivery you will be required to sign for the parcel.

 

If you require delivery by a certain date/time please contact us prior to placing the order at sales@lolauk.com (or call ++44 (0)1285 643556 10.00am - 5pm Monday-Saturday). 

 

Goods damaged in transit:

 

Any damage to packaging/items must be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. A signature, without noting the damage, is an acceptance that you have received the whole order in good condition. 

 

Please report any damage to Lola immediately sales@lolauk.com or ++44 (0)1285 643556 10.00am - 5pm Monday-Saturday). 

 

Note that this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty. 

 

Failed Deliveries:

 

In the unlikely situation where a parcel is returned to us by the courier company due to a failed deliver – i.e. no one was available to sign for the parcel and it was subsequently not collected from the courier collection location – it will be returned to Lola.

 

We will, of course, contact you to see what you want to do.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

We do carefully examine the condition of items we package and sent out. However, if you receive any damaged or faulty items, other than that noted at delivery, please reported this to Lola within 7 days (sales@lolauk.com or call ++44 (0)1285 643556 10.00am - 5pm Monday-Saturday).

 

Since we cannot accept responsibility for reports of damage after this period we strongly recommend that items are checked thoroughly upon their arrival regardless of when they are required to be used.

 

Please keep all the original packaging in case you have to return the faulty item(s) to Lola as we cannot accept liability for damage due to insufficient packaging.

 

Note that many Items carry guarantees, where this is the case we will contact the Supplier on your behalf.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  Any information we collect from you will be protected and will not be disclosed to any other organisation without your explicit permission. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

 

We collect information to enable us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. This includes:

  • Address 
  • Phone number 
  • Email address 

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.  

 

Since we use a secure payment gateway to handle payment transactions we do not have access to any of your financial information.

 

The information we hold will be accurate and will keep up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct promptly. 

 

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
