Returns

If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchase we will provide a full refund for that item or, if you wish, we will exchange the item (for example, for a different size or colour if available).

Please email us immediately at sales@lolauk.com (or or call ++44 (0)1285 643556 10.00am - 5pm Monday-Saturday) stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please supply a daytime telephone number so we can contact you if required.

Please note that the item(s) must be posted to Lola within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the item(s).

We hope you understand that the item(s) returned must be in their original condition and in a saleable state. Specifically the item(s) must not have been worn and should include all tags. In addition, the original packaging should be included – for example footwear must be returned along with the original shoe box.

Since returned items are your responsibility until they reach Lola, please ensure you package return items appropriately to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting since the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Please understand that item(s) will be thoroughly inspected on return to ensure they are in the original saleable condition before we can provide a refund.

We will reimburse you with the value of the item(s) returned at the price you paid. This does not include the postal cost. Please allow 5 days after the return of the item for the money to be refunded to you.
