How is my personal information used?

We collect information – your name address and contact details - to enable us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. This information is held securely and is not provided to any third party. Note we do not see any financial information. For further detail see Data Protection under Terms and Conditions.

What cards can I used to make a payment?

We use the secure PayPal service to process payments and it accepts major credit and debit cards. For further detail see PayPal.

How long does it take to deliver items within the UK?

Our goal is to post the packages containing your item(s) the next working day. We use the Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class service in the UK which should deliver your package the next working day – but to be on the safe side we say within 2 working days of placing the order. The worst case situation is if you place the order late on Saturday, we can’t dispatch until Monday and you should then receive the package on Tuesday.

Which counties do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all EU countries, 5 other European (non-EU) counties (Switzerland, Belarus, Iceland, Turkey and Norway) and America and Canada. If the country you want deliver to is not in the list when you go to checkout, please contact us on sales@lolauk.com (or call ++44 (0)1285 643556 10.00am - 5pm Monday-Saturday) and we will assist you.

How can I track my parcel?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package on Royal Mail website.

Which countries is parcel tracking supported for?

Deliveries within the UK, which includes Northern Ireland, are not tracked. 

Deliveries to EU countries are tracked - except for Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia and Spain (and Canary Islands). 

Deliveries to Non-EU (European) countries: Switzerland, Belarus and Iceland are tracked; Turkey and Norway are NOT tracked .

Deliveries to America and Canada are tracked. 

Note that all deliveries, irrespective of country, must be signed for.
