POSTAL SERVICE

United Kingdom (includes Northern Ireland):

The aim is to deliver within 2 working days after the day that you place your order. The delivery cost of £4 is added to the cost of your order at checkout.  Orders above £250 are delivered free of charge.

Europe:

The aim is to deliver within 3 working days following the day that you place your order – but you should allow 7 days. The delivery cost of £10 is added to the cost of your order at checkout.  Orders above £250 are delivered free of charge.

America and Canada:

The aim is to deliver within 5 working days following the day that you place your order – but you should allow 7 days. The delivery cost of £15 is added to the cost of your order at checkout.  Orders above £250 are delivered free of charge.

Note when your order/parcel is delivered you will be required to sign for it. Please ensure the parcel has not been damaged in transit, and if it has this must be noted.

IN STORE COLLECTION SERVICE

Lola offers a complimentary In Store Collection service. When you select this option at the checkout you are not charged for delivery.  When you come to collect your order please bring your 'Order Conformation' email, the card you paid with and a form of identification - e.g. passport, credit card or driving licence.

If you do not collect your order within 7 days we will contact you. If we do not hear from you after a further 7 days we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
